Mr. A. K. Abdul Matin, FCA is the Managing Partner and Principal having qualified in 1989 and achieving Fellowship in the year 1993 with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He established A.Matin & Co. as a sole practitioner in 1991. He is one of the senior practitioners in Bangladesh and has diverse experience in providing high-quality services to his clients. He specializes in audit, advisory and accounting related engagements and ensures the needs and expectations of our clients are met while safeguarding his and our independence, objectivity and ethical standards. He is a member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, Bangladesh Taxes Bar Association and also a fellow member with The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh (ICGAB).

Mr. Netai Chand Talukder, FCA, joined in the year 1996 and is since with the firm as its Senior Partner, after qualifying as a chartered accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). His immense knowledge and experience in Bangladesh Taxation System has allowed the firm to gain dedicated and satisfied clients who require tax and vat solutions. His clientele range from individuals to corporation, private and listed companies. He attained fellowship in the year 1991 and is a well reputed practitioner in the field of audit, tax, business advisory and consultancies. He is a member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, Bangladesh Taxes Bar Association.

Mr. Liaquat Ali Khan, FCA was one of the senior consultants of the firm and his association with this firm has been for over 10 years before joining as partner of the firm. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Fellow Member with The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB), and Fellow Member with The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh (ICGAB). His diverse background and expertise consist of experiences in both Bangladesh and abroad that allows him to assisting with our local and overseas engagements. He has held important positions in various reputed organizations and companies that give him an edge in providing valuable professional expertise and advice to engagement team members.

Ms. Monika Nashat Matin, ACA has been associated with the firm since the beginning of her articleship and has remained with the firm after qualifying as an Associate Member with the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in the year 2019. She is actively involved with engagements concerning audit engagements, consultancy services, business solutions and accounting services. She handles both local and international engagements and has experience in government, non-governmental organizations, tech companies and multinational corporations. She is now one of the partners of the firm.
Ms. Khadija Yeasmien, FCA

Ms. Khadija Yeasmien, FCA is an accomplished and successful chartered accountant who qualified in the year 2010 and attained Fellowship with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in 2016. She completed her article ship from A. Matin & Co. during her studies. Before joining Ms. Yeasmien was working for ASA-International as Group Internal Auditor for more than 10 years. This has allowed her to gain immense knowledge of internal audit process and designing internal control procedures. She is also a faculty member of the ICAB. She is currently handling internal audits and reviewing engagement processes and serves as a trainer for audit trainees and internal audit team member.
